The Waterford Boutique Hotel, originally designed as a Vista International hotel, has 197 rooms and 32 suites. The property, currently a flagship Marriot hotel, includes a health center and spa with Squash courts, outdoor pool, and tennis facilities. The hotel has 2 restaurants, conference/ballroom wing, and Board Room. The project was the recipient of an AIA Honor Award, and two awards from Hospitality Design magazine. The project is sited on the former site of the Baptist Children’s Home in Oklahoma City and is the centerpiece of the Waterford mixed-use development-the first of its type in Oklahoma.
