RBA was commissioned to design a 70,000 square foot mixed-use center that would surpass the conventional "strip center" model. The result is a dynamic development featuring retail and restaurant spaces on the ground floor, with office spaces on the second floor.

A separate retail building was designed for the north-facing structure on 114th Street. Additionally, RBA designed the Plaza Mexican restaurant, which occupies the southern end of the two-story building.
